A fácánkakas épp távozik a csipkebogyó bokor tetejéről az Esztergom melletti erdőben, ahol december közepén csipegette a dércsípte termést. Az időjárás rendkívül kedvező volt: tökéletes napos-felhős idő garantálta az ideális fényviszonyokat, a frissen hullott, szűz porhó pedig a téli hangulatot. Hosszúra nyúlt a lista, hogy aznap milyen madarakat szerettem volna lencsevégre kapni, a fácánkakas nem volt köztük. Szerencsém volt, hogy megjelent a meseszerű háttér előtt, ám a fotózást nehezítette, hogy egy bérelt, adaptált lencsével fotóztam, de boldog vagyok, hogy éles lett a felvétel.

I had a long list of birds to photograph that day and cock pheasant was not among them. Blissfully, he appeared in front of this magical backdrop. Yet my challenge was that I was using a borrowed, adapted lens. It made me all the more happy that the image turned out sharp.
